ABOUT ISFA

The Illinois State Florists’ Association is the only statewide Association for the floral industry, representing over 2000 florists and floral suppliers. The objective of the association shall be to promote the advancement of floriculture throughout the state and world by:

1. Promoting Floriculture and Ornamental Horticulture to a higher economic level through cooperation with all segments of the industry and other florists organizations.

2. Collecting, preserving and circulating valuable and useful information relative to Floriculture and Ornamental Horticulture through the public of a bulletin.

3. Encouraging wise and useful legislation.

4. Promoting economic and productive research for the improvement of markets.

5. Promoting integrity, good faith, goodwill and just and equitable principles of business in the industry.

6. Striving in all ways to promote the proper relationship between all segments of the industry and the general public.

The ISFA Board of Directors encourages the florists in Illinois to provide input for their activities and works to achieve the suggestions provided. This hardworking group is sincerely interested in improving our industry for all involved.
